Postnatal Yoga

Our mum and baby classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body following pregnancy and birth, whilst spending quality time with your little ones. Our expert instructor will guide you back into exercise when it feels right for you and your body. We’ll introduce poses throughout the class, which you can also practise with the baby at home, allowing you to practise calmness between sessions.

If you experienced birth complications or a Caesarean we recommend speaking to your GP before starting classes
Suitable for mums with non-crawling babies.
