Parents telling parents is how GetSetSwim has grown.
If you already recommend us at the school gates, in WhatsApp groups, or when someone asks about swimming lessons that actually work — and think you have many more places to share your experience — we’d love to recognise and support that.
Our Community Ambassador Programme is a small, invite-led group of parents who help us spread the word as we grow into new neighbourhoods.
Who it's for
This programme is for parents who:
Genuinely love the GetSetSwim experience
Are active in school, nursery or local communities
Naturally share recommendations with other families
Care about swimming as a life skill, not just an activity
A genuine love of what we do and a strong connection to your community matters more than follower numbers.
What Ambassadors receive
As a thank-you for helping more families discover GetSetSwim, ambassadors receive:
A free space for one child in a 4:1 or Parent & Baby class (3 months)
10% off the first 3 months for any additional children
A unique referral code offering friends & family 10% off
An extra free month of lessons for every 5 successful referrals
What we ask
We keep this relaxed and realistic. Ambassadors are asked to:
Share their experience on social (around 2 posts + a few stories per month)
Talk about GetSetSwim in local nursery, school or parenting groups when relevant, updating them on offers or events
- Comment on local social media posts asking about swimming providers
Pass on flyers at key community moments where appropriate
This is not about hard sales or scripts but about sharing your experiences and recommendations whenever a natural moment arises!
How long it runs
Initial term: 3 months
We check in after Month 2 to see if it’s working well for everyone
Extensions are agreed together
