Our community
Moved our son to GetSetGo Swim Academy from another swimming club. Our son’s trainer Dan is on the ball, he has authority as well as kindness; he gave so much confidence to our son that he progressed a lot faster. Our son has been struggling with water on his face for almost a year and with Dan, he was jumping in the water at our second session. He knows how to communicate and how to teach. There is a platform where you manage our bookings and progress of our son.Club is fantastic, clean and tidy. Management is keeping us up to date with everything. I recommend the club to anyone who is looking for a place for their child to learn swimming.
I have been taking my 2yo for toddler swim classes at Get Set Go for over a year and he has had the same amazing and patient teacher Deborah for the duration of this time. The facilities are well maintained, clean, bright and inviting. Any difficulties or cancellations have always been dealt with swiftly and professionally - and communication is easy.My son has made new friends as a result of the cafe and play space which is accessible for all, where parents can actually relax and have a hot drink or sit for 5+ minutes in the knowledge that their children can freely play and make noise… without restriction. We have been to the most fun birthday parties, met Santa Claus in his Grotto and made many precious memories here.Myself and many others I’ve spoken to are so saddened to learn that the club/ cafe will not continue due to the difficult climate currently, but we are so grateful for the short time that we have been able to experience this delightful family centred space! There should be more places like Get Set Go!I hope we see it back one day but until then we are very glad to hear that the swim school will continue!
This is a very welcoming establishment, I’d never been til last week but I popped in just to see what it was and was pleasantly surprised. The receptionists I spoke to and the cafe staff were very nice and friendly, made me a delicious toasted sandwich and the boy at the til was very polite. My kids haven’t began attending any classes yet but I’m surely going to enrol them soon.
Me and my friend decided to join the tots swimming lessons together and what a wonderful experience we have had. Lessons with Alessandro have been amazing, he is very experienced, exceptional with the children and an overall amazing instructor. Our children have progressed so much in the three months we have been attending lessons and I am excited for my daughter to move to group swimming lessons once she turns 3. We also enjoy relaxing in the cafe after our weekly swimming lessons - we have also made many local friends here!! They regularly do events for mums to come together and it is such a lovely experience overall. The staff are all really amazing and are a real credit to the company. Fantastic place to bring the little ones, they have something for all age ranges.
What a great place!!!We are attending numerous classes for both of our children.The instructors are fantastic with great approach. Little cafe has a great range of food and the staff is very professional too. Can't recommend any better place for after school activities.Maciej
This place is great, my toddler loves it here! He does a few of the tots classes every week.It’s friendly and members of staff (Ralph and Adam) will always say hello to my toddler in the cafe area.Good food and drinks too!
We had the most wonderful birthday for our sons at Get Set Go Putney. It was easily my favourite child's birthday party I've thrown or attended. The staff were energetic, ready to help, so friendly, professional, the children had such fun and there were many reports of it being the best party they had ever been to. Emma who was our party liason was fabulous, and the 2 women at the front door/reception were both stars. The cake was delicious, it was sourced from a local bakery which I though was fabulous, not just a supermarket cake (not that there is anything wrong with supermarket cakes) but it made me feel like they had high standards and weren't just "churning" these parties out. The parents who stayed had such a relaxing time in the private room with drinks, our own choice of music and food while the children were entertained by 2 entertainers. We didn't have to do anything at all, the decorations and food were all provided. We never wanted to leave. They packed up the leftover food and cake at the end for us to take home. The staff were so positive, that made such a difference, they made it feel fresh and the parents kept complimenting me on choice of venue. I really can't say enough good things about it. Thank you.
A great environment and family atmosphere for kids. My daughter really loved it and is planning to come back as often as possible. Great staff - Alex, Ralph, Eden, jaz, Hanna and Lilly.The cafeteria has amazing cupcakes and other savouries. The double expresso is definitely a hit!I highly recommend get set go to anyone looking for a great and vibrant family environment. 👪
