At GetSetSwim, we believe every child and adult deserves to feel confident and safe in the water.
Choosing the right swim school is a big decision. You want to know your child will feel comfortable. That they'll enjoy it. And that you'll enjoy bringing them every week too.
So we'd love to welcome you for a first lesson, for just £10.
There's no pressure to sign up - it's just a chance to see whether GetSetSwim feels right for your family.
Why £10?
We know choosing a swim school is a big decision. Rather than asking you to commit straight away, we’d love you to experience a real GetSetSwim lesson, meet our teachers and see our purpose-built clubs for yourself.
We offer new members their first swimming lesson for just £10 in Putney, Golders Green, Knightsbridge, South Kensington and Fulham:
- Parent & Baby Lessons (0–3 years)
- Children’s Lessons (3+)
- Adult Lessons
Note: the £10 lesson offer only applies to group (4:1 or 8:1) lessons. Trial lessons may be booked for Private lessons but will be charged at around £70 per session. Please see our FAQs for cancellation policy and terms.
No matter your age or stage, our team will make sure your first lesson is welcoming, safe, and fun.

FAQs
What do I need to bring?
Just your swimwear, towel, and goggles if you like.
For Parent & Baby lessons, a swim nappy and neoprene outer swim nappy is required.
Can I book a first lesson for multiple children?
Do I need to commit after the first lesson?
Not at all. The £10 lesson is just a chance to see our approach and meet our team — no obligation, though we recommend booking straight after the session if you wish to secure the same session time and teacher.
Our team will always follow up for your feedback. And you’re welcome to repay us for your session with a Google Review!
How long is the first swimming lesson?
All lessons are 30 minutes long, giving you or your child enough time to fully experience the swimming class.
Will my first swimmming lesson be 1:1?
We offer £10 first lessons as part of a group class – 4:1 for Children 3+ and Adult Swim lessons; 8:1 for Parent & Baby classes.
Should you prefer a private trial session, these can be booked on a paid basis through our online portal. Click ‘Book Now’ or, if you need help to book, contact the team at swim@getsetswim.com.
Why is the first lesson only £10?
We offer new members a first lesson at just £10 without commitment because we want you to experience the GetSetSwim difference before deciding if we’re the right fit for your family.
Note: the £10 lesson can only be booked for a group class – 4:1 for children’s or adult’s swimming; 8:1 for Parent & Baby classes.
What if I need to cancel my first lesson booking?
The first missed £10 trial lesson may be rescheduled free of charge, provided at least 24 hours’ notice of absence is given.
Any subsequent £10 trial lesson rescheduling will be charged at the full price of one class.
Medical exceptions may be considered, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
